Chris has worked in the senior education sector for the past 16 years teaching marine studies and the operation of marine craft. This vast teaching experience allows us to cater for all learners and ensuring each participant has a quality experience with Allstate Bundaberg.

Our Boat and Jet Ski licence training is conducted at 94 Avenell Street, Bundaberg, in a specialised classroom and all resources required for the theoretical component are supplied. The practical component is completed in the Burnett River and participants are required to meet at the Sandy Hook ramp, directly after the completion of the Boating theory.

The starting time for the course is 8.00am and we ask people arrive at 7.45am to complete the paperwork to register for the course. You will need to ensure you have photo ID as proof of identification. As part of the registration of the course you will receive the latest edition of the BoatSafe Workbook. This is yours to retain and it provides a great resource for further reading and reviewing what is learnt throughout the course.

Coffee/tea and cold drinks are available. Lunch can be purchased from the many surrounding businesses near the midtown boat on the way to the practical.

The boating course will conclude around 4.00pm and if you have enrolled in the jet ski training this will commence immediately after and will finish around 5.00pm depending on class numbers.

You will be dealing with an organization with an enviable reputation, leading the boat licence Industry in quality course delivery and total customer satisfaction. You must present the statement of competency, a licence application form and acceptable evidence of identity in person at a Queensland Department of Transport and Main Roads customer service centre within six months of the date of issue of the statement of competency.Flexible training is available for candidates who need to make arrangements due to family or other commitments.Remember Allstate Boat Licensing provides training and assessment for jet ski licences also.
