Payment & Cancellation Policy

Allstate Boat Licensing & Training offers a fair and reasonable payment system that protects both the customer and their business. The following policy applies to all customers:

  1. Course fees must be paid in full unless agreed otherwise.
  2. The advertised cost of the course is all inclusive.
  3. If you are deemed not competent, a re-assessment fee will apply. This fee is determined by your individual trainer.
  4. If your trainer cancels the course less than 48 hours prior to the booking, you will be entitled to a refund or can move your training to another day.
  5. In the event of bad weather, your trainer reserves the right to cancel the course and reschedule to another day in the interest of safety.
  6. When there are fewer than 2 students booked on a particular date, your trainer reserves the right to postpone and reschedule your booking to an alternate date to protect the viability of the business.
  7. Cancelling your booking less than 24 hours before your start time or not showing up on the day of your appointment will void any refund of prior payment.
  8. Arriving on the day without having the online training course 100% complete will void any refund.
  9. Gift Vouchers are non-refundable.
